Very friendly staff, great location near the Termini station. Easy to find, safe. Clean and nice furnished room and a very reasonable price. Would definetely stay here again. Highly recommended. More

Lovely little place close to Termini Rail Station. Not a hotel or B&B particularly, more like a collection of small apartments. Each is clean and tidy and a good size. Shower is great. All rooms/apartments have access to a 'breakfast room' adjacent and when I stayed there were a couple of vending machines. There are DVDs for guests to watch.... More

My wife and I visited Rome for 4 days. After doing an extensive research for a suitable hotel in Rome, Italy, we came up with 69 Manin street B&B. It was one of the most cheapest hotels in the category of 3-4 stars (around 100 Euros difference) and it offered first rate services. We read a lot complaints about the... More

Please take this review as a warning! Do not stay at this place. This is not a hotel as advertised. Its more like a shared appartment. Dirty facilities, small rooms, although close to the station its far from anything worth seeing. Please don't waste your money! More

We have just returned from a long weekend in Rome. The hotel is a two minute walk from the termini station and located on the third floor up of a building. We were greeted by Francesco - the manager of 69 Manin street who was extremely welcoming and helpful, providing us with a map, places to visit and transport options.... More

69 Manin was all round pretty good. My fiancee and I stayed for 2 nights in mid-October. it was great because it was so close to the Termini train station which makes getting around very easy. Very nice rooms with a cool shower, but not as "steam shower" as they make it sound. it was great to have english TV... More

This is a lovely place to stay in Rome. The b and b is very safe and comfortable. The staff were always so helpful and tidied and cleaned the room to a high standard each day. The location is perfect for sight see-ers , all major atractions can be done on foot. Would stay here again. More

Overall we were very impressed with this B&B - the room (and the shower!) was definitely above average for the price we paid. Its location was also very good and the service on the first day was very helpful and friendly. A couple of issues though - on the first day, the lift to the third floor broke down while... More
