the photo provided by web were not representative. It was not a true hotel but two top floors of the building (5th and 6th). The elevator goes to 5th floor and not to the 6th. I had to lift all my laugage to the 6th floor by myself. No porter help whatsoever. Air conditioner was not working which was complained... more

I've been to dozens of hotels in Europe and this "hotel" is by far the worst. On their website you get to see a responsible-looking man in the lobby, a large hotel room and they promise things like "Open 24 hours" and breakfast. They also claim to be well located.
