Stayed here during my recent tour with Cosmos with my mother and youngest sister. 1 or 2 of the receptionists were friendly although did not seem to be willing to go the extra mile in as far as requests (not even those which were out of this world) were concerned. Small lifts. Bar was constantly closed and the breakfast we... More

arriving after our flight we found it hard to get anything to drink, the bar was a small room by reception which was closed. Eventually we got a small glass of orange juice at 4 euros each. The room was average, food was just edible, they do not do evening meals only breakfast. It was a fight to get to... More

Stayed here for 3 nights with my sister in a twin-bed room. It wasnt really that bad, except that it could be better.Room is not ideally spacious. The beds are a bit hard on your back but the linens are clean. Location is a bit far from where the real actions are. Still a few minutes ride going to Duomo.... More

If you are looking for a cheap, small hotel and are willing to walk 30 mins or so then this place is OK. $50 viatour transfer will deliver you to the door and there are supermarkets and restaurants within 5 - 10 mins Breakfast was acceptable if a bit chaotic. Those not used to small rooms in Europe may be... More

+ very friendly staff - too far from main activities: 30 min walking to metro and Termini rail station or 15 min bus + 15 min waiting for it. - there is NO free Internet! 5 euro/hour and very slow with repeated disconnections. - NO eggs, no beacon on breakfast. Coffee/tea, bread+honey, ham+cheese and yogurt, that's it. - VERY bad... More

Stayed at this hotel as part of a Cosmos tour group. I agree with other reviiews here, this place was not somewhere you would return to. All facilities, breakfast room, rooms, lifts, were all as others have said, totally unacceptable. Such a shame our first and last night in Italy, was spent there! As we were leaving early for the... We stayed at this hotel as part of our cosmos tour last week. We were given a very small room with a tiny bathroom. On entering the room (the same as all rooms on the lower ground floor in the 500's) the smell was horrible (like bleach) and took our breath away. On further examination, there was a serious mould... I have to say I was more then disappointed with this hotel' after reading about it's presentation, facilities etc in one of the booking agents write up.....It seems to live on it's ''art-nouveau'' outside appearance, and it's reputation.....however on staying here for 3 nights overall as part of a tour group, only one member of staff was welcoming and pleasant,... We stayed in this hotel as part of a Cosmos tour. We arrived in a heat wave and our room was very hot, I complained and was told that the room temperatures are dependant on the outside temperature despite having air conditioning!! The room was tiny but we have stayed in similar sized rooms in city hotels so I wasn't... More

A four star hotel of not even two star service. The front desk was unhelpful to the extent of being rude regarding information of city transport, restaurant or tourist information.
