Melissa and Francois were very helpful concerning buses, restaurants. The inn is extremely clean, bathroom was nice, location very near the Coliseum and Forum, and the breakfast at the nearby bakery was very nice. You can get a sandwich there instead of a pastry. A wonderful B&B. Melissa and Francois are warm and friendly hosts which is not always easy to find these days. Their local advise was invaluable. This couple is really good at hospitality and service. We stayed at The Meridien in Paris and I can tell you the rooms/service was better at Nicolas. The inn is great! Our room was beautiful and the bathroom was a nice size, although the hot water ran out a little fast, the AC worked great in the room. Keeping true to our word about if we ever returned to Rome we'd stay here again, and we did. Again, Nicolas Inn was everything we could want in a B&B, great host, great location and great service.
