I was in this hotel in September with my friends. We went to Roma for vacations. Frankly speaking, we really enjoyed our stay there. Yes, the rooms are not very big, but they are enough comfortable for 3 persons, and the staff in hotel was really very friendly! We also liked the location of the hotel, it is not far from... more

We wanted to find a cost effective solution to being in Italy with our family of 4- we stayed at the hotel monaco in rome for 5 nights and it was comfortable, clean and spacious ( for Europe). The staff was friendly too! more

The room and bathroom were extremely small and uncomfortable. Out of our small frosted window we had a view to a tiny dark inner yard. Breakfast was terribly poor. Additionally, we met insects (cockroachs) in the bathroom! more

Of the 5 hotels we stayed at on our Europe trip this one was by far the worst. The room was quite small, especially for 4 people (two adults and 2 teenagers). The room had a musty smell that was quite disturbing. The bathroom was very small with an accordian style 'door'. They claim to have air-conditioning, and they did... more

Worst hotel in all my travels. Made the mistake of booking Rome last minute. Always book Rome hotels before you start your vacation, or else you'll have difficulty finding room, and you will pay through the nose. I am not a picky traveler, but this hotel was awful. They showed me a room with the toilet in the shower, and... more

I have to agree with most of the reviews on this hotel because they are all correct. First of all i must say i didn't see the room so i wil not comment on the standard of the actual room. What i will say is that after travelling half way around the world with my wife and 2 small children,... more

Please DO not book this hotel, its a dump!!!! The "best part" is this hotel (and its partners) do overbooking on their rooms. We arrived at the hotels to have our rooms not available. They gave us excuese that we CANCELLED the reservation which we obviously did not. They also did not try to help us find another room but... more

DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS PLACE. We didnt want luxury at all from our accomodation but we we got here was nothing short of a disaster. Yes, the rooms are small. The shower is over the toilet, thats how cramped our bathroom was. Our room backed onto the rear of the reception and so the vending machine kept going off... more

I visited Rome and stayed at this hotel for one night. The staff was friendly and spoke english and spanish (italian of course). The room is very basic with a TV and bed and bathroom (Didn't even use the TV). Great place to rest for the night, but not anything extravagant. I wanted to stay in town, near the trains,... more

My kids (24 and 26 jr) offered me (63) a trip to Rome; We got (by internet) a room for three persons three nights and breakfast. We could walk from termini station to the hotel (less than half an hour). The elevator was out of order, but the stairs took only one turn. The room was fine, a single bed... more
