We had quite a bit of mold in our bathroom. We asked if we could get a different room but the employee said he would take care of it and have it cleaned. I stayed at the Luzzatti for 4 nights in September 2006 and the last night of my stay in Italy in October 2006. It is simply the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The single standard room I booked (#110) was on the second floor and there was no lift, I had to drag my bag up the stairs.... more
