We expected a 3 star and paid 130E for our last night in Italy. The web sites we checked assured us the hotel was 3 star, had wireless internet throughout the 'entire' hotel (Booking.com) and was air conditioned. The beds were the most uncomfortable and noisy (creaked loudly with every movement, looked like home built wooden boxes with a thin... more

When we arrived at a nearby train station we called the hotel asking them to send a cab. The taxi service ripped us off by refusing to set the meter to zero (we were already under way when we noticed) and charged us an astronomical fee for a 5 minute ride! When we complained to the hotel staff- their response... more

I was using this hotel as a base for an early start at the Ostia Antica archeological site. I knew I would be arriving late, so I emailed a few days before arriving to notify them and to check that the reception was open, and also to check the details of how to reach them. The instructions I received back... more

This hotel was the perfect place to stay the last night of our trip to Italy. The rooms are basic, but nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant surpassed our expectations for dinner and the breakfast was, again, basic but satisfying. The front desk was extremely busy the morning we left - with scheduling shuttles to... more

My friend booked this hotel based on location to the airport. We just needed one night at a hotel near the airport on our way home. The room itself was clean enough. I think my friend should have researched more. The biggest problem with this hotel is that for our purpose it did not work. The shuttle has very limited... more

The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, but don't even think of using it if you are not travelling by a car. The hotel is about 2 km from the Ostia Antica train station, but there is no sidewalk for about 60% of that distance, you have to walk on the road, a very narrow shoulder and lots of cars... more

The hotel itself is not bad. Breakfast was basic but good. Location is very poor. This is not convenient for visiting Rome. There is a bus outside the hotel that runs infrequently. You then have to transfer to 2 different trains before getting into the city. Public transportation was a problem during our visit - the hotel told us the... more

The hotel is large and clean with free parking on site. Shuttles to the airport and local Ostia Antica excavations are available. We (family of 5) stayed with friends who were flying out the next morning. The restaurant which is attached/affiliated with the hotel was closed (apparently for the season). However the front desk told us of a couple places... more

We booked this hotel because it advertises itself as being near the airport. Bear in mind, however, that if you have an early flight it is not that convenient. The shuttle does not start running until 7 a.m. For my earlier flight, I needed to take a cab, which tried to charge me 35 euros to the airport (meter started... more

Proximity to the airport and airport shuttle prompted us to chose this hotel for our last night in Italy. We were totally disappointed. There is no way this hotel should be considered 3 star. The whole place had an unpleasant odor, the staff was rude and surly, we did not feel safe in the area and the dining opportunities were... more
