Plus points: If you want to stay somewhere basic with a bed and shower, Gioia B & B is the place to stay. It's location in relation to Metro (2mins) Colosseum (10mins walking) was excellent and we found it very easily thanks to directons provided by B & B and 2 photo's of the outside door provided by previous guests.... more

As others have noted, this B&B can be a bit difficult to locate. The only sign on the street is a tiny "Gioa B&B" on the buzzer list at number 20 (see photo). I am pretty sure the review that says this is a brothel walked into the wrong place, because this seemed to be a proper family friendly place.... more
