This was our first trip to Rome and the Hosanium Palace is a perfect location for buses and walking. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. The room was clean, comfortable and well cooled to cope with the heat of August. Each day we looked forward to having breakfast on the roof - look out for the... more

Hotel was very close to the ancient section of Rome. Walking distance to everything. Even walk to the Vatican not especially lengthy, maybe 35 minutes. Good restaurants and stores close by. Breakfast and drinks on the roof.......very nice. Views of the city memorable! more

My wife and I stayed at the Hosianum Palace in May 2009. Overall we were pretty pleased with the hotel and would recommend it to others. The hotel's strength is its central location. We found pretty much all the major sights to be a reasonably brief walk from this hotel, including the Vatican. Some attractions, such as the Colosseum and... more

Hosianum palace is situated off busy road and we had some noise problem. If you are from quiet place, you might find it slightly difficult to sleep. The hotel should make all the rooms sound proof. The triple room we stayed in was ok size (room 204 ), if not big enough for 3 people. The AC was not working... more

I stayed here for 9 nights in early May, 2009 and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice place to stay in central Rome. It is located just a block or two from the Largo Argentina area and just a few more blocks to the Pantheon. Everything is within walking distance. I had booked a single, however,... more

I stayed at the Hosianum Palace for 2 nights in early May, 2009. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Rome who likes to stay in a centrally located and clean hotel. I did book this hotel using points from my credit card, so did not pay the rack rate. However prior to my arrival, when I... more

Stayed here for three nights at the start of May. While small it had everything one needed for a few nights in Rome. Its central location was excellent, with all the main attractions being only a short walk away. The room we stayed in was very clean and while it was small it had everything. Staff were lovely and very... more

The Hosianum Palace had really good reviews but we were slightly disappointed with it overall. The staff were delightful and the location pretty central but our room was in the rafters, so whilst big was actually quite cramped due to the beams. The brown carpet looked like it had been there a few years too long to be really clean,... more

I stayed at the Hosianum Palace for 5 nights - I stayed in 2 different rooms (the single room wasn't available on the first night so I had a double) and both were exceptionally clean and well furnished. The locations is perfect - 5mins from the wedding cake, 10-15mins from the forum in one direction and Piazza Navona in the... more

We stayed for two nights. The location was great. Staff was more the friendly with restaurant recomendations and general help. Breakfast was the typical italian continental style. I never did see the pretty inside courtyard area, but that doesn't matter. The beds were very comforatable, rooms and bathroom a little smaller than most Italian hotels. Would stay there again for... more
