My son (11 yrs) and I loved it. The guest house is located very central in a good and slightly hip area. The owner was helpful and recommended us great restaurants and bars for breakfast. We had a nice, very clean and quiet room, we slept fantastic! We can really recommend this place.

Location was amazing, right in the centre of Rome, with 5 mins walk to Colosseum, 10mins to the Trevi Fontaine... Very good hospitality, reception was very friendly on both arrivals and departures. The apartment was very modern, very good space, and great showers.

Location was the only plus. No amenities or service. The checkin guy gave us 4 eating recommendations, 2 were closed down (1 was right around the corner!).
