So, I'm wondering if we stayed in the same place as the rest of the reviewers because our experience with this hotel was absolutely perfect. After reading the reviews, and travelling for a couple weeks and staying in hostels, we weren't expecting much. We were even warming up to the idea of an open shower, as we read from some... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The negatives were: 1. The room - our booked room smelled like an ashtray as the previous guest clearly was a smoker. We changed rooms as a result. 2. The shower - in our original room was right in the middle of the room and did not... More

This is our second stay at WRH Suites. The location just can't be beat and the building has an elevator (which is more of an issue in Europe than one might think). The staff was friendly and helpful, the room clean and everything we used worked fine. (Our room was the very one I see pictured above with the red... More

We stayed in one of the the WRH one bedroom apartments, there is a small lift as reception is on the 4th floor. First, off I have to highlight to any first time visitors, Rome is not a cheap city for the tourist. I am convinced there are tourist prices and local prices. If you speak Italian, use it I... More

The location was really good - close to restaurants, the train station and other transportation to get around the city. The room wasnt that bad but don't expect to get a nice a room as the pictures shows. In our room the fridge was barely working the computer surplied was fully screwed up. They also use fancy words like hydro... More

We found this hotel on a web site and were very happy with our choice. We stayed in the apartment room which gave up a kitchen and living room area. This location is perfect for seeing all that Rome has to offer--can walk everywhere from here. Room was clean and beds were fine. There is internet access in the room... More

quite a dissapointing apartment. at first it looks good, and staff are very friendly and helpful but the room was cold, smelly and therewas not enough hot water for 2 people to hv shower one after the other, even though we paid for 6 guests. too noisy outside and insite the building. too expensive for what it is. We stayed in the twin-sharing room recently and we are disappointed. Typical style of Rome. Small lifts only allows two small size adults and limited luggage. The pictures shown on the website is a bit misleading, the room is definitely not as clean and new as we thought it would be. There are some stains on the walls but still... More
