I have never been mad at a hotel before, but we were furious with this place. The hotel is located on the 4th floor of a sort of scary building with graffiti on the outside of it. Upon arrival, you have to buzz the front desk to be let into the building and are greeted by a nice woman who... More

Dear Sir/Madam, we are surprised to receive this complain several days after the check-out; at that moment the client didn’t mention any episode written in the review. In return for this unfair and untrue comment we argue that: 1) we assure the cleaning of every single room in the hotel (and the remaining ones) daily; 2) the lobby is always... More

Upon arriving at this hotel our first reaction was we're at the wrong location! It wasn't till we read the sign on the door that we realized the hotel is on the top floor. This could be notified better on the website. The front desk lady didn't speak a word of English, which at first made things difficult. After a... More

It is not easy to find nice and clean hotel in Rome for a reasonable price. Astoria is an excellent choice and I will continue staying there. It's very close to the metro, it provides free Wifi (if you have your own computer, tablet or phone), it has a nice terrace. And for my business trips I need a place... More

A real beautiful experience is not when all is OK! there are many hotels in the world that have the beauty of material construction, but, our stay at the All Comfort Astoria, was made "Perfect" by the human element. It is amazing that one single person (Giulia Fortunato) can make sucha a B-I-G change. Giulia made everyday for us a... More

Although, at first glance, we thought 'we'd been dropped off in the wrong place', once we found our accommodation on the top floor of this building we were pleasantly surprised! Spacious and comfortable bed and, although decor was old-fashioned and not 'our cup of tea', everywhere was clean. The receptionist was very polite and helpful which made up for the... More

I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotel ranging from all possible levels. I fell in love with the hotel at first sight. For the value, I do not think how one can get better than this. I have searched many hotels and Astoria was great for my expectations. Old fashioned elevator takes you to the 4th floor,... More

This is not a hotel....it is not even really a B&B. It is located in a commercial area of Rome with no restaurants in the area....no sites to visit. We walked for about an hour on dark and basically deserted streets before we found somewhere to eat and it was at best bad. Management barely speaks English. The phone in... More
