Upon entering the building, I prayed, please be clean, please have an A/C, please have an ELEVATOR. But what I didn't pray for was for it to have a 1st floor lobby - this place didn't. After searching high and low for a reasonable hotel near the city center, we came across the All Comfort Astoria Palace. What a great find!
