We where stayed at eva's rooms (absolutely not a hotel) during november 2001. Very simple with no breakfast. the send you across the street for a coffe and Croissant. 'Eve's rooms' B + B is situated so close to the Spanish steps. We walked to them in 5 mins. Very close to Metro, but we walked to most places. We had a very large bedroom & bathroom. Very clean. More

The hotel/guest rooms are very big, we had a lot of room for our luggage and for our three year old son to play in the room while we were indoors. The decor is gorgeous. This was a nice hotel, near to spanish steps , trevi fountain. the building and decor are not modern , but this is part of the charm . the frescoes on the walls are stunning. it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. for this location in many other hotels you would pay double. would go back again More
