Fulvia is a great hostess and makes you feel at home. Rooms are tidy and very clean. Only 1 minute walk from Termini station. We enjoyed a brand new airconditioning and good night of sleep. Unfortunately missed out on breakfast because of early leave (7am). Perfect for couple or friends. Will stay here next time again.
