A little shabby, but a great location. When we first arrived in the neighborhood, I was put off by the graphitti. But after touring Rome, it was a typical working class neighborhood.
The apartments are quite spacious for European rooms. We had a 1 bedroom with fireplace, a separate kitchen/dining room and a bathroom with shower. Quite plain, but a view of Piazza Vittorio. The apartment had a full kitchen which made for inexpensive breakfasts.
The room are across the street from the metro stop and one stop from Termini, the main train/transport hub. Termini has a mall and little grocery store which made for easy shopping. There were many good bakeries and restaurants nearby the aprtments.
During our 3 week stay, our apartment really felt like home. Although it offers the simple basics, I would stay there again and feel like a Roman.
