Our first experience in camping! A very pleasant stay for 3 days; peaceful location. Clean, well furnished, 2 bedded caravan- a/c not functioning, however- amidst a canopy of shaded trees which were, sadly, painfully stylised (!). We felt that there was more Italians that had decamped to this campsite from the city or not than there was tourists. The restaurant had a very poor selection and didn't cater for kids. stayed here recently with family. 2 kids 9 and 5. the pool is fantastic with views to st peters basillica. our caravan was lovely and clean and larger than i thought it would be, huge covered veranda. although the shower was terrible so we used the on site showers which were brilliant. the restaurant served up awful fast food, even... more

We arrived during the middle of an unseasonal heatwave for the time of year plenty of shade under well established trees. The well supervised pools (1 a kiddies) where welcome relieve. The onsite shop was well stocked with a wide range of essential and non essential goods. Probaly crowded in august but no advance booking required in june. Time required... more
