We chose the Adriatic over a less expensive hotel, and found that an extra 10-15 Euros per night bought that air conditioning and terrific location at the Adriatic. It is a typical European hotel. There is no breakfast, but there are plenty of places across the street. Great location and close to the major bus lines. Plenty of cheap places to eat just around the corner. The hotel was clean and staff very friendly. more

I must have stayed here at least once a year for the last 3-4 years! You can't fault it's location, right next to Vatican. Short walk will get get you into main tourist areas of Rome. I have used this for weekend getaways also for watching rugby internationals. Front desk will organise anything for you, great for storage of luggage... more

The room was on a completely different floor, but was just as large, with a bath and over shower. The only down point was that the bathroom could have done with a re-paint. However... more
