We stayed 3 days pre-cruise at Hotel Alimandi Vaticano and had a nice spacious room with free internet service. The location across from the Vatican Museum was great - lots of restaurants in the area and we always felt safe walking no matter what time of day or night we were out. We loved the little hotel near the Vatican, literally across the street from the entrance to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel.
