The location is awesome. It is very close to all the most important sightseeing spots in Rome. We felt like locals, since it is apartment. Stuff was very nice. We were picked up from airport for 35euro, which was also nice. Thank you. More

There isn't much that hasn't already been said about the reviews for this excellent B&B. You should definitely communicate with the friendly and helpful staff via email before your arrival and have their phone number ready so you can contact them before you reach the B&B so they can greet you and let you in. A tip to reduce the... More

a week before we arrived. The BnB contacted us checking our arrival time and offerring a shuttle service to collect us at the airport. It was a small car. They manage to squeeze our big bags (we were doing our OE around the world). And the amazing drive to our destination. It was brilliant . The room were what we... More

When we stayed there, it just felt like we were citizens of Rome. You enter the building through a giant door, and take the lift (classical) and enter the apartment, which has 3 big rooms and 2 bathrooms along the long corridor, and the kitchen at the end. You make your own breakfast, also bread, butter etc. is provided, and... More

We booked this B&B for 1 night at the end our honeymoon because of it's proximity to the Vatican which we were planning on touring. We arrived from the seaport of Civitavecchia around 9 AM after retrurning to Rome from a cruise. It is the style of building that requires that you buzz in and after a half hour of... More

This place has it all! It's near to everything, approx. 15 min. walk to the Vatican and 10 min. walk to Piazza Navona. Good clean rooms and bathrooms. You have your own toilet and bath. Big kitchen with EVERYTHING you need. Only one little bad thing - traffic noice - but they provide you with earplugs! We will for sure... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in April 2011. We were emailed a couple of weeks before our stay, saying that new people had now taken over the B&B, and also offering a transfer from the airport, which was a nice touch. When we arrived, the young man who met us - it was unclear if he was the owner... More

Top spot! Walk to everything from here so for location it's fantastic. Like every other review it's a great place to stay. The only critism is it can be noisy with the traffic. Brekkys are good and Guisseppe is morevthan willing to lend a hand with anything you need. Apart from noise, it's brilliant and would come back! More

We spent 2 nights at B&B surprising in Rome and were pleasantly surprised! A very warm welcome by Giuseppe and he was very informative about the city and it's sites. The location is perfect for discovering the historic center and thanks to his tips and tricks we were able to discover all of the major sites and more. The building... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and was really happy to stay at Surprising in Rome. The room was big and nice with all the things you could like as TV, safety box, table, desk, drawers and a nice bed. The kitchen area where you could take some breakfast at the morning was nice and cozy. We got a nice... More
