The location is terrible, totally outside of Rome, you have to go to the last stop of the underground A, there you have to take a Bus ride for around 10 minutes and then you have to walk around 7 minutes in streets which are totally insecure for pedestrian. Stayed 2 nights end of june, the temperature was around 35°C in the bedroom and no air conditioning, couldn't sleep at all even with window wide open (got biten by mostiquos as a consequence). Absolutely avoid in summer time
