stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of june and was very happy. instruction on getting tot he hotel were easy to follow, Tony and his mum (who checked us in) were both very helpful on where to go and how to get there. Our room was sizable by italian standards and especially for this price. Room was quiet... more

We went to Italy for our honeymoon and stayed at Roman rooms from Oct 14-17. Here's our review.... - It only took about 10 mins to walk there from the train station but keep your eyes open because there's no sign... your just going to look for a big door with # 26 above it. - you have to take... more

Just like a nice hotel room but in a private home we loved coming back to the quiet of our room after a busy day in a baking hot Rome, we were able to cool off in private, the air conditioning was ace, and relax! The atmosphere was charming and Tony was very helpful taking the time to explain where... more

Roman Rooms was one of the cheaper B&Bs that I found in Rome (only 105 euro/night). It's really a large apartment that's been converted into a B&B. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Colisseum and Forum. There's also a Metro stop directly in front and the 64 bus goes by there. It's also only a 6-7 block walk from... more

My wife, brother-in-law and myself recently spent three nights at Roman Rooms and we all would recommend it. The B&B is run by Tom, who I contacted directly through his website. He provided fast, friendly correspondence kept in touch with me in the weeks leading up to our stay. Upon arrival, he came downstairs to meet us. After checking in,... more

We stayed in Roman Rooms in March. It is completely different to what is advertised on the internet. First of all there is no pretty Courtyard outside the rooms, merely washing lines and very dilapidated buildings. The rooms are tiny, with very creaky and unstable floor boards. The floor boards are all splitting so watch out for splinters! The bathroom... more

Roman Rooms is centrally located near Roma Termini and is within walking distance. The rooms are large (only 3) and clean. Tom is a wonderful and valuable source of information, who greets you, assists you with your lugguage and gives you a map and directions. He is always available, friendly and willing to help with your requests. The included breakfast is... more

My husband and I spent our 1st week of our six week honeymoon at Roman Rooms. We were to arrive around 8.30am in the morning so we paid for an extra night so we could check in straight away. After a 24 hour flight from Australia we were glad at the ease of getting from the airport (FCO) to Roman... more

We were referred to the Roman Rooms B&B by one of the hotels on via Firenze that did not have availability for the dates we requested. While we did approach the property with a certain amount of doubt, we were glad we chose to stay there. We stayed for 3 nights. The property is good for a number of reasons... more
