The location is superb. You are literally five minutes away from all the main roman attractions. It is located in a residential building, nothing too fancy. Good location, its is central to everything and rooms are decent if a bit shaby. There are only 3 rooms, we stayed in two of these during our 3 night stay. No Aircon (fans and portably noisy aircon unit avialable). Breakfast is brought to your room but is pretty poor, good italien coffee but only food is packeted pastires not... more

downside: no elevator. but i can overlook that, since it is rome where everything is so old. this place truly is wonderful. our room was humongous. lucy was great and gave wonderful tips. it's within walking distance of all the historical sites. will definitely come here again. more

This B&B has 3 large rooms in the heart of Rome. 2 minutes walk to the Trevi fountain & 5 minutes to the Spanish steps, it is central to everything in Rome.
