We booked this through a last minute travel agency in the Termini station. When we went to inspect the room, the front desk person was extremely rude to me and my wife. We booked the Hotel Augustus over the internet and stayed for 8 nights. Our window in our room had jammed shut and would not open after the 2nd night we were there making our room very stuffy.
