As a Chinese girl travelling alone in Italy (Venice, Florence, Rome), safety is my top concern. This's the best and cheapest (Euro 70) B & B I have ever stayed in Italy. We picked this hotel for the price, 70euros a night. The rooms are basic but clean. It is very close to the termini & access into Rome is easy. The breakfast was very disappointing, small coffee & a pastry which were supplied in the cafe on the corner. There is a very quirky lift up to your room, caged, quaint... more

The Andy e Lu bed and breakfast is a six-minute walk north from Termini Satation, and very handy for the Terravision bus than brings many Ryanair passengers in from Ciampino Airport. We found it very tidy and comfortable, and Via Castefidardo, where it is situated, has several good restaurants, as well as the Julius Ceasar pub for those late-night Peronis.... more
