The room was air conditioned and quite comfortable. The breakfast was much less than expected at a B&B--cello-wrapped breads that were there for all 3 days and were a bit stale to start with. I found our accommodations to be comfortable and homey. Our host was helpful and fluent in both English and French. While located within walking distance of the Vatican, this B & B is around the corner from the neighborhood street market and local residential activities, such as the playground next door.
