A Belgian friend told us about this place; we loved it! The proprietor Giovanni picked us up at Ciampino airport around midnight (charging 35 Euros, by pre-arrangement); he was very accomodating and helpful. He speaks a little English (we don't speak Italian and we did okay). It is not a fancy hotel (so don't expect 24-hour front desk or lobby). We paid 80 Euros per night for 2 of us; it is sparklingly clean. Our room had marble floors, high ceiling, mini-fridge and tv, wonderful air conditioning that we could control ourselves. The room wasn't huge but the size was just fine, and had a nice private bathroom including bidet. Garage arking is available for a fee; on-street parking is also an option. Giovanni brings continental breakfast to the room at the time you request (up to 10:30 am, I think).
