Good, clean, inexpensive rooms with private bathrooms. Busy international neighborhood with a metro stop a block away. The breakfast consists of instant coffee packets and packaged "twinkie" style pastries in your room but there is a refrigerator and some fresh fruit that is restocked every few days. I would go back.
