Wonderful hotel. Booked after reading the reviews from trip advisor & they were all correct. Excellent location, clean, friendly staff, continental breakfast but lots to choose from, rooms are compact but adequate & comfortable. Lovely restaurants in the locality for evening meals. Asked reception & they gave us a couple to choose from. Great shops nearby if you want to... more

My sister and I celebrated her 30th B-day in Rome and stayed at the Re Di Roma. We instantly felt at home. Giorgio at the reception desk offered us breakfast as our room was not yet ready, because we were an hour early. When we were shown to our room we were very surprised at how spacious it was considering... more

The hotel is located not far from the centre of Rome, in a quiet area very close to the Metro. Travel from the airport to Tuscolana station, which is about a ten minute walk from the hotel, avoids having to use the Termini station with suitcases. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and made our stay very enjoyable.... more

This hotel is modern with contemporary furniture and decorations. The room is small compare to U.S. standards but clean, cozy, and comfortable. The breakfast has a pretty good array of choices to eat compared to the continental breakfast in the U.S. This hotel is very close to the Metro or "Subway" which can bring you to great attractions in a... more

I was very impressed by Re di Roma. It is very clean and has a modern unique style. The hotel is a block from the metro and a good base to explore Rome. Make sure to try the gelateria near the metro station...it is unbelievable! more

The Re di Roma is a great little hotel - modern, comfortable, with great staff, who are friendly and helpful. Mariano, the owner, takes pride in his hotel, and it shows in the way guests are treated. We arrived about 8:30am after a 26 hour trip from Australia, to find our room made ready within 30 minutes, and we were... more

A new hotel with contempory furnishings and design. A well-stocked breakfast downstairs made a great start to a busy day of sight-seeing. The front desk was extremely helpful in recommending excellent restuarants within walking distance. Easy walking distance to Re Di Roma metro station. As in many places in Roma, there was quite a bit of graffiti on the building... more

I spent two nights in october 09, staff was super friendly, hotel very clean, with a great and easy way to get anywhere in Rome ( I used metro all the time with no problems, had a spa treatment at Spanish steps area and it took me 15 minutes to get there). I highly recommend this place. more

On first arrival the immediate area seems quit scruffy- especially at night - but you will soon discover that this is how Rome mostly is now. Flying in to Ciampino this hotel is easily accessible from the airport - expect to pay about 30 euro for a taxi. The hotel staff were so welcoming and the premises clean with frequently changed... more

I arrived for my first trip to Rome and headed to the Hotel Re di Roma, my hotel for the first two days of my trip. After reading the reviews on TripAdvisor, I selected this location based on the cleanliness, western design, and proximity to public transportation. I reached out to the hotel staff on three separate occasions prior to... more
