Let me start by saying the owner is a lovely lady and she was very good with communicating prior to and after our arrival. The apartment obviously has no reception, so do ensure you liaise with her first and provide an arrival time. The location couldn't have been better. We walked everywhere from the Vatican all the way to the... More

The Navona Apartment (address to say to taxi: "Via dei Leutari 35 intersecting Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, just behind Piazza Navona") is 30-40 minutes close to the FCO airport. We were met by Cecila herself, outside the apartment door. She gave us clear instructions and demonstrations, and supplied us with the many keys for different doors from the street to... More

We loved our stay at the 3-floor apartment in Piazza Navona. Things were very clean upon arrival, and the location is unparalleled. Cecilia was very attentive and provided us with a hotspot for Wifi while we were there. We highly recommend this place! What a great way to end a month in Europe!

Other reviewers have had the same experience we had with this room. We were in Rome early October and it was still warm, with no AC the room was so damp that our towels (the towels were someone's old, left over, mismatched, faded and scratchy castaways) never dried between showers and all our clothes felt wet! No TV (it's there... More

Through some error, our reservation was changed at the last minute from the hotel to a 3rd floor apartment at Via del Governo Vecchio, 129. This was much larger than we had bargained for and much more comfortable. It included a large bedroom, large living room, kitchen and bath. It was two hundred yards from Piazza Navona and even closer... More

I just wanted to write this review to thank Cecilia for her hospitality and address the point that I read in some other reviews and that almost kept me from booking it- luckily I did book it after all. So - I wrote to Cecilia some two days before our arrival, and she answered back promply, providing me with instructions... More

Very disappointed about this place, I don't know where to start. Although it is written in the information that there is air-conditioning, there was no air-conditioning, only a van. Why write there is air-conditioning when there isn't? It was very hot and humid in the flat because of this. There was a small tv, but it couldn't show any channels... More

Great location near piazza novana, accessible to shops, restaurants, tour buses, taxis etc., walking distance to Vatican city. Suite was roomy, very quaint, oldy-worldy style but basic with regard to comfort needs; no air-conditioning (apart from a couple of fans) and the plumbing wasnt up to much i.e. took several minutes for the water to heat up for a shower...
