Our stay at Relais Navona was fantastic, we are a family and the kids loved it!! right in the Piazza Navona we had a blast. Location was in the middle of Rome so we could walk everywhere, and in the event we needed a taxi, was really cheap.... At night, the kids had fun looking out the window overlooking the... More

In my opinion, Piazza Navona is the most ideal location when staying in Rome. All of the sites and major districts are absolutely walkable. The next area over is Campo DiFiore which is known for the best restaurants, so that is a great feature as well. As others have mentioned, the hotel entrance is located inside the Piazza. I believe... More

It is close to everything. I have quite recently had knee-surgery and was worried about the distances (walking all day in Roman Forum, Colosseum etc.), but it was not a problem when we were staying at this hotel. Everything was just around the corner - even the Vatican state. The entrance was extremely charming - we felt like living in... More

Your first view of this hotel is not very promising. A battered door, paint peeling, sandwiched between the umbrellas of a couple of restaurants. You get through the door and it gets worse. A run down lobby, broken bins, cobwebs and a curtain hiding a load of barrels and air con fans. Next it's up a stair case that is... More

We stayed in one of the rooms right on the Piazza. What a great way to wake up every day - just throw open the windows and watch the world go by. The room was comfortable, the management very nice. The perfect place for your Rome homebase.

We stayed here for 3 nights for our trip to Rome to get married. The location is second to none and I would recommend shelling out the extra for a room with a view of the Piazza ( we were in room 1 which was fabulous). The entrance I would personally say is full of character and part of the... More

We visited Rome on the 17th May for two nights from Ireland. We were continuing onto Capri and Sorrento after. I had read all the reviews and was prepared for the dodgy entrance and had warned my husband about it. When we got dropped of by taxi from the airport to the corner of Piazza Navona we were just so... More

Booked Room 5 here for 2 nights. You enter through a decrepit-looking door on the Piazza, traverse a dangerous-looking hallway with a clinking metal grate, go up a dank flight of stairs, and you are in an airy, modern space. Reservation form said "View of Inner Courtyard". Sounds pleasant, right? Well, the so-called "inner courtyard" is actually a dingy mechanical... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here last April. We knew prior to arriving, that there was construction and a limited view. We did not stay her for the view. We loved everything else about Navona71. The rooms are updated and very clean. The staff was hospitable, coffee was always available and the cafe for breakfast was great. We stayed here... More
