The 3rd floor balcony rooms overlooking the distant sea are a pleasure in the mornings. They did not compare the the beauty of sitting in the gardens of the old villa in the evenings. This is a delightful hotel in a beautiful part of the world. Excellent service, nice room, good breakfast, very clean and tidy and far away from the madding crowds of the seaside resort of Pesaro. It is fantastic value for money. Believe all the good reviews.
