Beautiful location. Hated the fluorescent lamps in the room... Great breakfast service: just like your mum was serving you breakfast! Remember to register your car at the hotel in order to avoid a fine from the police for driving in the historical center... more

This hotel is much more than a three star. It is an amazing, beautiful place. I was pampered with a beautiful decor, robes, high end toiletries, a buffet breakfast with everything you would want, an excellent and attentive staff, service you would expect from a higher rated hotel. Having read great reviews of this hotel in Trip Advisor my wife and I decided to book there for 3 nights in June 2007. We spent 4 nights in this lovely hotel. It is located in a very pretty part of town, very quiet in the evenings. Our room was small, but very manageable and very clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and spoke good English. They offered us a deal on a junior suite that was wonderful - large room, with balcony, interior that didn't face a street. Very quiet. We moved from the Hotel Roma which was the opposite in all respects. more
