Rooms hot, aircon doesn't work well and gets turned off overnight so in warm weather rooms are dreadfully hot until opening the windows allows rooms to cool. Attitude is "sorry but its the best we can do", almost arrogantly. Hotel won't let irons in room, saying it's against Italian law however one of our group somehow managed to get one.... More
