We stayed at the Alloro Suite hotel for 1 night. The room was very nice and spacious, with many tasteful modern touches. Breakfast was good. Incredible value (we paid some 60 Euro). The location is a little out of the way in a very residential neighborhood, but you're only a 1 Euro ride away from the center of town. The... more

Stayed here for three nights in October for a first time visit to Bologna. For the money paid this hotel ticked all the right boxes. As other reviews have highlighted it is outside of the centre so if that matters to you, book elsewhere. It takes around 10 minutes on the no 25 bus to the station or 15 mins... more

The first thing to say about the hotel is that it is approximately 2kms from the heart of the city. I have seen this as an excuse to mark the hotel down on other sites - but the truth is it is a 30 - 40 minute walk from anywhere you want to go, or if walking isn't your thing... more

My wife and I booked this hotel for just one night to get back to the north of Italy. They offered a suite on the internet for a special price and when we arrived at the hotel they offered us a bigger suite as we booked online. The reception staff was very friendly and gave you a big welcome to... more

immaculate interior, stylish modern decor with an interesting theme, polite staff, lovely breakfast.. minus- location, while technically within walking distance to all the landmarks, the walk didn't seem safe and pleasant one so we drove to the centre (parking reasonably easy to find, a bit pricy though). however, there is a good bus connection. nice little restaurant Roccoco 5 min... more

I had stayed here once before and the hotel has now finished renovations. Its in a good location if you are driving (just off the motorway with lots of parking) and supplies bikes for the 10 minute ride into the centre. Rooms arent large but are well furnished and the staff are very helpful. Breakfast is extensive and imaginative. more

This was the most modern, clean, and up-to-date accommodations that we stayed at during our 2-week stay in Italy. The hotel staff was friendly and they upgraded our room for free. The minibar and coffee bar was a blessing and the breakfast was awesome. This is a must stay! more

I really have no complaints about the Alloro Suite Hotel. Perhaps because it was the off season, we got an excellent rate of 70 euros per night for a truly massive family (triple) room. The size of this room was definitely very big by European standards, which is very important when you have small children. The room rate also included... more

We used the Executive as a base for touring the area and visiting friends. We had a family room for two adults and one eleven yr old which was big and spacious. The hotel offers great value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. Two great restaurants Snoopy and Rio Coco within 5 mins walk Bus to Bologna 50mts. Good... more

We had a very pleasant weekend at the Executive Hotel. It is located a mile ot two out of the city centre and the surroundings are not particularly special but by no means bad. The compensations are low rates, a very clean, spacious room, satellite TV with hundreds of channels, friendly, helpful staff and a fairly frequent no. 25 bus to... more
