A very nice room: Spotlessly clean, good beds, large TV flatscreen, fine and well- equipped bathroom, efficient A/C. Very forthcoming and serviceminded people at the front desk, - helped me get one of the limited free parking spaces in front of the hotel. Otherwise parking is in the hotel garage at 12 euros a day. We stayed one night during our trip through Italy. Hotel is centrally located (good shopping), and right across the river. Great customer service. The desk staff is VERY helpful, and recommended a wonderful tratorria right around the corner that served delicious homemade pasta. Stayed here for one night in July, 2008. Excellent value!! This hotel has been totally renovated in early 2008. The lobby and rooms are very modern; bathroom was wonderful. It is in easy walking distance (literally a few minutes) to the main shopping street and the main square. Excellent location right on the river. more

I stayed in many hotels throughout italy but this was the nicest one by far. The view from my room overlooked the tranquil river and streets. We stayed here for 2 nights in September 2003. The hotel was very quiet and at times we felt as if we were the only people staying in it. Despite this they managed to give us a room which was directly below another being rennovated and we were woken up very early with hammering....not exactly what you want on holiday.... more
