Great location for exploring Parma, rooms are basic , single rooms are small but equipped with all essentials, not sure I would accredit the hotel as 4 star when compared to other European hotels, free wifi and limited on site parking..

This is no way 4 star hotel. Beds are cheap, matresses are hard., pillows are horrible Internet priveded for 6 hour periods; Every 6 hours you have to come down to the lobby area to get a new user ID and pass i would not stay again

You can expect free, but terrible wi-fi connection and totally chaotic, incompetent receptionists. On the other hand, the rooms and shower were comfortable, the location was good, close to city centre and the breakfast was fine as well.

The location was very good... easy walking distance to the city center...lovely park near by. The room was basic and small... a single really was a single ( I'm thinking college dorm rooms). Bathroom was very compact but modern... shower only. Breakfast mediocre.
