The room was spacious and clean. Ideally located for town. Lovely walk through Park to get to town. Very good restaurant in hotel. Staff very helpful with sightseeing requests. Also helped us choose and book restaurants in town. Hotel would be good for Conferences too. more

This is not the typical Italian Hotel. The hotel was VERY large and the room we had was VERY large too. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean-that is pretty much all we look for!! I just came back from my trip to Parma and I have to say I was very dissapointed. The only thing this hotel has from a 4 star hotel is the outside image. Beside that, the rooms are big, but with very old furniture, the service, restaurant and personal I would rate it at a 2 star hotel. more
