Clean, big, well protected appartment, with own parking place. Return of deposit via Banktransfer: perfect. 15 minutes walking to the center of parma, 5 minutes walking to the train station. Cafes and bars are nearby to get brakfast (italian breakfast, cornetto and cappuchino)

Besides the location, which is 15-20 minutes from city centre, this hotel has a great deal to offer at reasonable prices. Very modern hotel with a good breakfast and very helpfull staff. Unfortunately the location is inconvenient thus a shuttle would be great. We used the bus 200m from the hotel running every 10-15 mins.
