My daughter , granddaughter and myself (3 women) were traveling alone in italy for a month... stopping to visit friends and family from verona to naples. the Ilga is a family run hotel and the staff speaks english as well as russian and french.....we were very comfortable and any requests were filled as soon as possible which was now........! european breakfast are fun and very very filling......a first for daughter and granddaughter..... would reccomend the quiet comfort of the hotel to any one who would like to be taken care of on a personal basis... felt safe and secure,, after a slight mishap with the rental car , the hotel staff found a body shop to repair and we were not delayed in any way..... again we will stay there again , and soon I hope...
