When I go to Piacenza my colleague always book this hotel because the people we do have to meet are located only few meters away.
If you come to Piacenza for business and you arrive late at night and leave quite early in the morning is more than ok since is clean, quiet and breakfast is decent. In case you are going to Piacenza for tourism I suggest you to look for something different.
Rooms are quite basic, there is AC, there is also WIFI (you have to pay) but generally speaking I would define it a cold, basic hotel for touch and go.
Price I paied was about 75€ per night. more
