A very welcoming place to stay. Not posh, but all basic amenities, very clean and comfortable. Welcoming staff, ready to help at any time. The hotel is near the Canal, with lovely open air and reasonably priced restaurants, walking distance to the Station, the Piazza Unita and bus stops for Miramare, Opocino and all surrounding districts. Excellent value for money

We stayed for one night in Winter. This hotel is located on a few floors in an old buiding Great price for room and shared bathroom. Room was simple but comfortable. Toilets and shower were very clean. Walking distance to tourist places and train station. Lady at reception was very friendly

Very central, so naturally a little noisy, not just from outside, also echoing corridors but super clean, good quality bed linen and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Walking distance from the station,and helpful staff. I would certainly stay there again.
