First night , we couldn´t control the air conditioning, the rooms were new and didn´t have emergency escape route explained anywhere , and rooms were cleaned sometimes very late (ex. 5pm). One of the elevators needs serious overall, and the staff didn´t make to much effort to be pleasant. more
