This is not a 4 star hotel. The pricelevel indicates a good 4 star hotel, but this property has seen better days. Poor standard and is screaming for rehab. AC was noisy and with almost no effect. This hotel has amazing views over the bay in rapallo. However, the interior of the hotel itself and in particular the rooms have clearly not been updated for many, many years. The rooms were clean and reasonably comfortable but I don't think that it warrants the 4 stars it gets or the price. more

The hotel appears to be an ealy 60's building that has receive minimal, if any updating. The beds in the rooms are murphy beds.
