Imperious, condescending, unhelpful and disdainful (of tourists!) staff. The low point of our trip. Seriously, if you're in the hospitality business, you might want to consider being a decent host. The only smiles, friendliness, helpfulness or welcome we got were from the two women who make up the rooms. The breakfast dude and Mr Cool at the desk were insufferable. more

Booked into Hotel Fasce for a wedding in the area then read the reviews. Was a little worried by them but had no reason to be. Room was basic but clean and a good size. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Would highly recommend. more

I traveled to Santa Margherita Ligure with my daughter and a friend and stayed at the Hotel Fasce on the recommendation of another friend. We originally book 3 nights, but extended one more.
