After having spent two wonderful weeks elsewhere in Italy it was like having your head smashed against a brick wall when my own parents (who had booked the place on my behalf) and myself encountered two young female receptionists who were rude and arrogant at the Central Hostel. Good location near the bus/train station (about 300 meters) and city centre, on a peaceful street. Truly a nice room; basic but clean and a big bathroom.
