A quick overnight stay. The hotel is not within the old town, which is about a 10 minute walk away. It has car parking, which is a plus (as parking is quite difficult in Como). We found this hotel using the internet and negotiated rates using email. It's a little confusing finding the hotel the first time, so I recommend taking a cab from the train station (Como Nord is closest.)
