We had high hopes for this hotel after reading all the reviews. The free parking was a bonus as was the proximity to the lake. However, the room was cramped and stuck at the back of the hotel, which was accessed through an over grown garden. The garden was full of spiders webs, bugs and all sorts of creepy crawlies.... more

Room was large with small kitchen and fridge. Spotlessly clean however when we turned on the air con, this seemed to cause a hotel wide power cut shortly after! Great value, fantastic service, sumptious breakfasts, set in beautiful gardens, under friendly management. 100 m from Lake Garda, surrounded by trattorias and ristorontes, walking distance to old Sirmione and the ferry terminal. What a find! more

Hotel Villa Pagoda might only have "2" stars, but the service and location merit 5! Very friendly and helpful staff, they couldn't do enough for us. The location is fantastic, half way between Sirmione and Colombare and the beach is just over the road. For the price (which is very good), this is hard to beat. more

Really nice hotel in Sirmione, a beautiful little town on the edge of Garda Lake. You will be very nicely welcomed by Elvira who will do her best to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. The rooms are clean and convenient, as well as the bathrooms. A good adress. more

The hotel is about 2.5 kms from the center of Sirmione .. the rooms are 60s style and were dusty and dark, but spacious with high ceilings. The bathroom was average size, but could hardly squeeze into the tiny shower with barely any water dripping from the showerhead. Everything rusty and did see much better times.
