I really couldn't ask for more, this little hotel is just lovely. Beautiful location, quiet and relaxed atmosphere, clean and cozy rooms with amazing lake view, very kind owners, really nice food and restaurant service, wonderful views from the dining terrace. Stayed for 2 nights , service was very good and staff is very nice.the hotel is on an Island , so after 19:00 no way to get to or from the island . there are few nice resturants on the Island and the hotel resturant is good . if you like a nice differant experience - try this. the rooms... more

Only stayed one night but really worthwhile.Room overlooked lake and very comfortable.Dealed for dinner bed and breakfast for a special island experience.Serene night once day visitors left .Did not find better on lake maggiore. more

Hotel Belvedere has been recently renovated. We had a spacious room and bathroom facilities with a stunning view of Lake Maggiore and the Alps from our balcony. Stayed here for two night after a hectic road trip through Italy to wind down. The sights from the rooms are bamazing, waking up with a view of the beatiful lago maggiore and the Alps in the background is quite amazing. The rooms are nice and simple but with lovely terasses and a whirpool bath. The restaurant is pretty good... more

We stayed for I night only as part of a hectic week touring Europe & absolutely loved it. The hotel staff are delightful & helped make our short stay perfect.. We spent 21 days in N. Italy, flew into Milan, stayed in Venice for a few days, lake Garda a few, and a week in Dormeletto on Lake Maggiore. All where excellent accomodations, but Hotel Belvedere on Isola Pescatori was by far the highlight of our trip. Even our small children, 5 and 9 yrs of age, rated this island... more
