Its a bit isolated from the turistic area, but you wont have problems to find it. Its clean enough, good breakfast compared to other hostels of the same price, and i didnt had problems with the staff or others guests. I had a little trouble with the wifi, but the staff helped me with that. Rooms lack individual lights and... More

For a schooltrip its quite adequate. Utterly basic, worn down, but still working and full. Needs an upgrade badly. Worst are the mostly cold showers. Beds are good, but watch the planking on top tiers. Location close to metro is ideal.

Slightly away from City Center, no direction signs on the road.. so slightly difficult to find from QT8 metro station even though 7-8 min walk.. Check in was very time consuming .. room was clean, Staff was not that friendly, soap /shaving kit and other toiletries vending machine, pack food / drink vending machine available and very reasonable price, cloakroom,... In Milan for only a few nights, and weren't planning on spending any time at the accommodation anyway, so were happy to go with a cost-effective option. Not particularly efficient check-in, had to wait ten minutes while they changed over shifts. But they had our reservation and it was correct, so can be overlooked. No problems here - the rooms... Honestly believe that it was pure luck that the weather was cool, when we stayed. (a fan was provided, upon request. First come first served) It's a hostel so bring your own towels! We stayed on 3rd floor, double room w private ensuite. Which seemed renovated and pretty modern. Toilets seemed decent. (Switch to de-activate the alarm - if you... More

When we first got there the lady serving us was a bit rude about the membership card for Hostels International which you must have or pay an extra 3 euro per person per night. She kept saying we were stupid and doesn't get why we didn't pay for one at home before we came because we obviously would benefit from... More

I am not sure why some people seem to choose the cheapest hostel in town and then come here complain they did not get the VIP treatment, the bathroom wasn't sparkling clean every time, or they did not get a full fledged home-style free breakfast, it just makes the selection process harder for those of us who want a clean,... I stayed here with a school trip traveling from France and it's actually the worst one I've ever stayed in. The bathroom was for ten year olds because the toilets were so low to the ground and so were the sinks and the mirrors. Also, it was haunted for sure because there were weird noises all the time and the... More

Nice common room, good breakfast, big lockers. However. Horrible old and unclean toilets and showers. Lots of noice all night on the floor, people talking, laughing, screaming in the rooms and walking between rooms, lots of noise also coming from the reception, no curfew, nobody to tell them to shut up. Half of staff is really unfriendly, the other half... More

The good: 1. I dealt with three staffmembers, who were all friendly. 2. The three staffmembers all seemed to speak English to some degree, which was different from the last time I was here four years ago. Thanks, staff! 3. The WI-FI was free at night. (I don't know if it's always free, or only at night.) 4. Linen and... More
