This hotel was a dump. In our first room, the lights did not work so we had to request another room. The room was dirty; the bathroom water pressure was pathetically weak; the paint was literally peeling off the walls; the shower "curtain" was dirty and swung out to prevent you from being able to lean back in the bath... more

rooms clean and spacious although the lighting was bad, air con provided but didnt work properly so room was quite hot and stuffy, quite alot of noise due to hotel bein situated on main road. Shower drainage jammed. Toilette flush running all the time; nice background noise. One night table lamp didn’t work. Breakfast room small and buffet service poor for a 4 star hotel standard. Receptionists friendly but not so the manager. He lacked willingness to really help customers. more

Hotel is not in best area. The metro stop is at the far end of the green line. Not on most maps. Convienance to the metro is plus but room was cold, dark, and very worn.
